Ordering from HMV was nothing out of the ordinary, so simple and straight forward. They also had the option to use student union card for a discount which was great.
Delivery took about 5 working days to arrive.
1 issue was that I ordered a game and it then became out of stock. Instead of fulfilling my order which I had placed when stock was available, they kept me hanging on for 10 days and when I queried the delay, they issued me a refund. I would have prefered them honour the sale as the item was discounted when I ordered it. They said that as no money had been exchanged, the contract of sale was not binding and my choices were pay the difference of the new price or a refund.
