Worst delivery service in the market place by a distance. Never order new release games unless you have no intention of playing them until 2 days after release.

Never pre-order anything from zavvi, they tell you it will arrive on the day of release and you will get it 2 days after release, ridiculous.

I usually keep an eye open for Zavvis monday mega deals (which incedently arrive in your mailbox on Sunday night). They usually have a few 2 for £25 games which I usually buy to play online with friends (co-op campaign).

I've found delivery is pretty quick, usually less than a week for games/DVDs. At certain times of the year, they throw out voucher codes making for better savings.
I find Amazon and The Hut usually have a slight edge on price, but nothing makes me think twice about ordering from Zavvi, especially if they have the cheapest price!

I've used Zavvi a couple of times to order games/DVDs. They are part of The Hut group, so I had no worries that they would fulfill my orders.
Their prices are usually fairly cheap, but keep a look out for voucher codes that can help reduce the cost, I saved £2 on one order and £4 on another.
My items were dispatched within 2 days and delivered within another few days, which is my only complaint, I would prefere faster delivery.
